What is User Testing?
User Testing is a way to test your website or app for user experience through a visitor’s point of view. This is done by testing the usability, functionality, and compatibility of the website/app as well as looking for any “bugs” or errors there might be such as visual, content, or functional.
What is the purpose of User Testing?
- Getting design ideas to pass on to your web designer or developer.
- Getting inspiration on how to improve your website to engage visitors.
- Help in increasing on-page time with your active and new visitors.
- Getting feedback and perspective from a visitors point-of-view.
Why should you have your website tested and reviewed?
First impressions can sometimes be the last impression, you only have one opportunity to capture your customers’ attention. According to a study done in 2015 by Microsoft, the average human attention span is 8 Seconds (Time). That’s shorter than a goldfish! With such short amount of time to engage your visitors, you need to make the best first impression possible. Sometimes it`s hard to find things that need to be improved as we can get so familiar with our work. Or perhaps through all your work, something slipped by. Having the objective perspective of a visitor can make a huge difference in the effectiveness and UX of your website.
It may also be for you if you already have a website, but it’s not performing as well as you would like. Maybe visitors aren’t coming in, or you have visitors and want more. Or maybe the issue is sales. Knowing what areas to improve upon on your website or app can have a huge impact on raising these numbers and creating an overall better user experience.

All Packages will receive a screencast (video) in which you will be able to see my screen activity and hear audio of my feedback. Also include are:
- At least 5 improvement ideas or recommendations.
- Real first-hand experience from a visitors’ perspective of using your site.
- At least one scenario tested (creating user/checking out a product/etc.)
BASIC – STARTER KIT
Best for small website or app. (Start-ups, Small Businesses, Blogs, Landing Pages)
- A 5-mintue screencast (video) of me doing a user test of your Website on Desktop or Mobile.
- 1 Page tested

- Testing for Bugs/Errors

STANDARD- DEEP DIVER
Best for your standard/medium sized website, app, or game. (E-commerce, Social Sites, Standard Sized Businesses.)
- Everything included in BASIC, plus a detailed test report (Word or PDF). I will also do a deeper dive into your website’s usability by:
- Examining up to 5 Web/App pages
- Providing 15-minute Screencast on User experience of Website or App.
- Up to 2 Scenarios
PREMIUM- TEC PACKAGE
Best for Large websites or apps. (User account + Multiple User types and functionalities.)
- Everything from the STANDARD, plus
- Whole website tested (Up to 15 pages)

Are there any sites you will not test?
*I will only test English websites/apps. *
*I will not and do not test any illegal or pornographic websites/apps. *
*I will not test payment websites/pages
*One gig is for one platform/browser only! In order to get your application tested for both platforms (desktop, mobile) or multiple browsers (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari) you would have to order two separate gigs or purchase an add-on. *
